Letrizole question?

So I am getting ready to start my round of letrizole this month after taking a few months off and after reading some other posts I read that 1) It's better to take at night? 2) What if I only have a 5 day cycle but it says take through cycle days 2-7....should I continue even if bleeding stops from period? Taking 7.5mg should I do anything to help with this cycle? Doctor really didn't explain much and now I wonder if I was doing wrong the last 3 times.

1) So yes, I recommend taking the medication at night so you can try and sleep through some of the side effects. 
2) You do not need to be on your period to take the medication. If doctor wants you to take the medication CD 2-6 that’s what you do. If period ends on CD5 that’s completely fine. The days they say to take doesn’t mean period days, just cycle days. 
It’s best to track and confirm ovulation with opks and temp to you can time sex accordingly. You only get so many cycles each year so you want to try your hardest when you are on a medicated cycle. Sometimes the medication can “dry” some women out, so maybe try PreSeed during ovulation window. It’s also good to start a prenatal while TTC in case a pregnancy does occur. But doing these things is as much as you can really do. Just keep fingers crossed!
