Anti d injection after miscarriage

Hi everyone! I got to 13 weeks pregnant had a scan at 10 weeks as ha a slight bleed but the heartbeat was fine, went for my regular 12 week scan which fell at 13 weeks pregnant and there was no heartbeat after I had to have the anti d injection as they said I'm o - blood group they think the bloods mixed when I had a bleed causing me to miscarriage. Since then (this was sept 2014 I had the miscarriage) I have tried everything. To get pregnant again, ovulation tests, tracking,vitamins and nothing has happened ?!! Has anyone else been in the same boat?
