Is this normal?

TMI but 23 weeks & 3days and feeling wetness more than usual. Last night after work I was laying down and it just felt wet like I peed or something but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t pee. Then today at work it feels wet again especially if I have to bend down or something. Is this normal? Could it just be discharge? I have a Drs appointment in 4 days but should I get in sooner? Sorry I’m a FTM and don’t know what to expect or anything.
