Can someone tell me if they see 1 or 2 BBs!

I'm just kind thrown off my doctor saw the baby semi okay through the abdomen but then she wanted to look transvaginal and it took her over 10mins to find the baby it was hiding so far to right. She kept looking but said she couldn't get a really good look and said next visit will be able to see better hopefully but I did hear the heart beat she was thrown off because the first one sounded slower and she moved the wand and the 2nd time was faster i thought maybe my heartbeat was caught but she didn't say much she just said how stubborn the baby was lol and she's never had such a hard time before.

I see a split line in my uterus or am I trippen?

I'm not a professional obviously I just want some mommy opinions cuz im honest to Yea scared shitless about twins. Lol
