Fishy/smelly discharge?!

I got my copper coil put in just over a month ago on the 16th of august. I’m not sure what is normal or not and I keep researching and I’m getting myself in a hole. Is having a fishy smell something to worry about? I’m also worried that I had thrush a month ago and I took the treatment and now it’s gone the other way and I have BV which is maybe causing the smell? Or I have an infection? It just feels like one issue after the other. And i don’t know where to turn because I’m at uni and it’s hard in Edinburgh to find a GP with space. I’m going to look around tomorrow for a GP, but any advice would be appreciated 🙂
