What should my 16 month old be doing?

As of covid I never went to any mother and baby clubs. My daughter is saying words such as, mummy, nanny, daddy.. it's gone, look, no, eyes etc. Although she doesn't really use sentences. As my first baby i feel like I need some tips  on activities etc to be doing with her, I'm 28 weeks pregnant so certain things are limited atm. I'm wondering what things can help and how can I encourage her talking more?

There's an instagram account called @raisinglittletalkers that gives tons of tips and ideas about this. Some things that I've learned from her are 1) narrate everything, and 2) give them opportunities to speak up. I highly recommend following her!

I really wouldn’t stress out about it.  When my daughter was 16 months, she had 3 words then by the time she was 21 months she had hundred of words.  
My son had 0 words at 16 months and ended up having a speech delay, but did catch up with speech therapy.  
Your daughter is totally on track, but I also agree with the other commented, raising little talkers is a great Instagram page to follow if you want to increase her language :)

Reading stories together and asking questions (give them time to try and answer) it sounds like she's doing well, keep up what you are doing. They learn sooooo much from whats going on around them, so just keep talking and engaging her.
