Septate uterus?

Question

Anyone here diagnosed with septate uterus or with uterus septum as cause of infertility?
Update - I had uterine septum surgery in Oct 2021 and it got fixed 🙏🏼🤞

My mom had this. Her uterus had one smaller part and a larger part. I was growing in the larger part but ran out of room and she went into labor at 32 weeks. She was able to have surgery after, and I had a younger sibling. 
**I was born in the mid 1980s this was not detected on an ultrasound this was discovered while trying to figure out why I was coming early.

I went into preterm labor with my fraternal twins at 26w5d and they couldn’t figure out why. Now I’m trying for my 3rd child and a vaginal ultrasound just showed that I have a complete septate uterus which explains why I probably went into premature labor before. I never  knew I had this until recently. I was told that we could move forward trying or speak to a surgeon that could possibly repair it. Side note: I have two healthy and happy twins now.

I have a separate uterus. Was able to have a healthy baby boy at 37 weeks.

I had a uterus septum repair as part of trying to figure out reason for infertility. Mine wasn’t severe and they did not think it was necessarily the cause for unexplained infertility but they removed it as a precaution. They fix it during a hysteroscopy which was quick and relatively painless.
