Depo Shot side effects after giving birth … anyone else?

I gave birth 8 weeks ago. Doctor assured me the Depo shot was a great option for birth control.

I had stopped bleeding. Had the shot and 1. It stopped my breast milk. 2. Have worse bleeding then I did after giving birth. 3. Horrible mood swings and worse depression. But the bleeding is bad enough that I had to call my mom to take care of my son because I became so weak I couldn’t feed myself and I couldn’t get up.

When I saw a Kaiser doctor he said oh didn’t the first doctor warn me. Effing No!!

Has anyone else experienced horrible side effects??
