Constipation: Natural Remedies
My sweet babe (2.5yo) is very constipated! She had a very difficult and painful bowel movement last week that made her cry and bleed. She's terrified to poop now because she's scared it will hurt (understanding so). She's been sipping prune juice, but I'm looking for other natural remedies to help her go. *She's a very picky eater which doesn't help* TIA!
