Is this normal? (TMI)

(TMI) It seems like I didn’t used to experience this very often before but lately when I sit on the toilet I’ll feel like a glob discharge slip out. Especially when I poop lol. It’s just plain, whitish/clearish discharge not yellow or anything. I don’t have any symptoms of BV or a yeast infection and I know I don’t have any STIs. Does anyone else experience this? I used to only get discharge in my underwear and never really felt it coming out.
