Baby sleeping through the night?

Help me! I cannot get my baby to sleep through the night, the longest stretch is 3 hours and I need more sleep than that!😭

I know some people are against it, but cry it out. My two year old has slept through the night on his own since he was 8 weeks old. However my November baby is a TERRIBLE sleeper. She has literally only ever taken one nap a day her whole 10 months of life, and it’s a good day if she gives us an hour, and overnight was a complete and total nightmare. I’m currently pregnant with my third and will have 3 under 3, and I started having a total meltdown a month or so ago realizing I was so incredibly sleep deprived and am going to have another newborn soon… So about a month ago, I got fed up and just let her cry. I went in at the 10 min mark, picked her up for about 30 seconds and put her down again and left. She cried again so I waited 15 minutes the next time then went in and picked her up for 30 seconds then put her down and left again. Annnnnd she cried again, and that time I waited 20 minutes before I decided I would go back in, and ironically right at the 20 minute mark and what would have marked the 3rd time going in, she calmed down and went to sleep on her own. She has slept through the night ever since. We are even able to put her down for bed when she is awake, and she will put herself to sleep.

I can’t recommend ‘taking Cara babies’ enough! We do believe in cry it out though. Took 2-3 nights but we have an excellent little sleeper now

Sleep Training. There are lots of methods if you do a little research, in case you're against Cry It Out. If you're on FB, I highly recommend the group, Respectful Sleep Training/Learning. They have so much info.
Make sure you're also following age appropriate wake windows. Consistent bedtime routine. Dark, cool room (68-72 degrees). Sound machine.
However you decide to handle it, just be consistent. You'll get thru this!
