Constant headache....is it serious?

I’m trying to figure out this headache I’ve had for 4+ days now. I’m 7 weeks pp, breastfeeding, and had an epidural. It feels like a tension headache but it’s extending from my shoulders and neck all the way up over my head to my forehead. I’ve been trying to stay hydrated well and eat. Sleep is obviously disrupted but not terrible. I’ve tried things like Tylenol, massage, cold pack, oils, etc. and it keeps it at bay but then just comes right back. Should I be concerned it’a something worth looking into or keep going and chalk it up to stress of a newborn?
