So a lil advice plz

So I had a miscarriage in October and finally started my actual first cycle but this week has been on n off well this whole week I been having sex and he's been cumming inside me but when I have sex with him my period isn't there but when I wake up the next morning it's back I been acting the same way when I was first pregnant n I feel like I'm pregnant again idk what to think
