Am i wasting my time ?

My boyfriend and I of two years broke up two months ago. Im pregnant with his child so we've been talking since but not as much. Recently we've started talking more and I mentioned starting over with him.

I thought things were good and soon he would come back home but he'll just come over and have sex with me, spend the night and leave the next day in the afternoon.

I see he's still talking to other women through his social media and keeping contact with his ex's so I texted him about it (not my first time) and this is what he says to me.
