Terrified

Y’all ive given birth before with an epidural and honestly it wasn’t bad at all. I can still vividly remember everything that happened from my induction until birth but I am an over thinker and my anxiety is through the roof and I just have a terrible feeling about delivering this baby. I’m only 16 weeks and I’m so scared. I didn’t even have bad contractions up to 5cm with my daughter they honestly just felt like Braxton Hicks but bc I was so scared I asked for the epidural bc I thought I wouldn’t be able to handle it once I got to 10. Why am I this wayyyyy?? I wish I could relax and just enjoy my pregnancies and deliveries.
