Low BP 31 weeks pregnant
Anyone had low bp in their 3rd trimester ? haven’t been feeling myself this last week and bp was a 100/50 yesterday and midwife said she thought that might be why because my bp was low !
Does anyone have any tips how to up my bp ? just so i can feel a bit better really 🙈 All my other checks are fine , thankyou in advance 🥰
