Boy at my school asked me to have sex with him

Literally came up to me at lunch and said "I need you to have sex with me". I actually know him. He's one of my younger brothers "acquaintances". Basically they play on the same lacrosse team so if a bunch of team mates are over, he's over. I just turned 19 and he's 18. It was a very weird question. I am very sexually open and a sexual person, but I've been on birth control since 14 and always use condoms. I recently started getting the meds that help protect against HIV. Now I appreciate his straight forward and honesty. However... His reasoning... I don't think this kid is ready to have sex. He's a virgin and he actually thinks he may be biromantic and asexual. He talked to his dad about it and his dad told his brothers and they have basically been making fun of him about it and called him a pussy and saying he's afraid of vagina and not a man. I told him I would think about it, and yes I sleep around, but I'm save. However.... This is someone's first time. And whether he's asexual or not I genuinely don't think he's ready for sex by how he talked about everything. If he just wanted to hook up and knew for sure I would be like sure whatever. Because honestly he's very attractive. But honestly he's a young kid trying to figure himself out and having sex with him just makes me feel like I would be taking advantage of the situation. He just doesn't seem ready.

I call him kid because he's the same age as my brother and I call him kid. It's not to be offensive and like Jess said he seems to be doing this out of pressure not because he's ready.
