Car ?

So my dad has a van and literally when I tell you all I did was drive to target in the back of our house with it and back and when I got in the car to drive back and I put the key in it started making the noise like someone tried to break in the car and it wouldn’t stop when I was driving now he’s texting everyone saying I broke his car when I don’t even drive on rides yet I just turned 17 . The target is literally in the back of our parking lot it’s connected.
