How much stress is too much during pregnancy?
I am really fearing for my unborn child's life. I've been very stressed out and super emotional this pregnancy. My 3 year old has been acting up a lot with behaviour that is out of his control (he is flagged for ADHD and Sensory Processing), my husband has been losing patience with him which causes arguments between us. We are about to undergo a necessary renovation while we still live in our small 1200sqf condo because we don't have anywhere else to go or can't afford anywhere else. We just found out that my husband is very likely going to be laid off from work in a couple months so that means we will have to live off of my income which wouldn't even cover food and our mortgage/house bills. He has been applying for jobs but it's tough right now with covid. And now I just accidentally deleted the last year of my 3 year olds life off my phone without backing anything up because I am that stupid. Is this too much stress? I am trying to stay calm but my hormones have me bawling every day lately. I am so scared this will all harm the baby. If you have any advice or success stories that would be great.
