Digital ones suuuuck they need a large amount of hcg to register.

Your pee was dilated you probably drink a lot of water or liquids and digitals take more hcg to show positive so both of those together can make it say no but you are pregnant congratulations

Your urine might be too diluted for the digital, try with fmu or after a 4/5 hour hold with barely any drinks. But definitely are pregnant by the looks of it x
