am I pregnant

So I am going on 2 weeks late. I have very mild cramping in my stomach like period cramps but no where near as severe. I have been nauseous this morning first morning I've thrown up but I am also sick with a cold/or covid got get test. my nipples specially have been very sensitive to touch or anything. and I've been peeing more. I went to er cause thought at first I may had UTI. oh I been staying flushed before I was sick.. my hips mildly cramping as well.. alot gas and constipation. but the urine dip test came back neg the Dr said he thinks it's to early to register yet. said wait a week or two test again and go from there. what you guys think
