Which would you do as a parent?

My daughter is in kindergarten and has talked for months about a birthday party with her classmates with a bounce house, etc. however, with COVID I am unsure if anyone will come, her birthday is on a weekday and the only day we can do her big party that week.

My husband and I are toying with the idea of taking her to magic kingdom for the day (we live only an hour and a half away from Disney) to replace a party as we are unsure if anyone will show, as last year no one did but grandparents and it was depressing.

She loves Disney and hasn't been since 2019... which would you do?
