Pregnancy after loss

Hey, looking for a little hope and some positive stories after loss.

Been trying for over a year now and within that time had an eptopic pregnancy and then 5 months later a miscarriage. We stupidly got excited as had a scan after 6 weeks (to check it wasn't another eptopic) and it looked good, heart beat and foetus in the correct place! But then got the worse news yesterday morning at 7 and half weeks.

I know it was early stages and the likelihood of miscarriage in 1st trimester is high, but still didn't stop us getting our hopes up!

Anyone had losses and then managed to have healthy pregnancies? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated 🥰
