Ultrasound at 6 weeks, I'm worried 😟

So, I've had 4 miscarriages since we've been trying for our second.

Because of this they scheduled an early ultrasound for me yesterday.

I was hoping they can put my mind at peace so I could enjoy my Holliday with a good ultrasound in the pocket. It didn't go as planned tho, I should have been 6 weeks pregnant, so they should normally have seen a heartbeat. But there was an empty sack, they said it could be a slow starter, it was measured at 5 weeks and 2 days, it might still develop, so I have to come again next week, but, it could also be a miscarriage, again....

I don't know how I can now enjoy my vacation, knowing there might be ANOTHER miscarriage on the way...

Are there some people here that could help me relax? Is there a chance there will grow a tiny baby in there even if the sack was empty yesterday?

Ps: Do people also see the flower at the left bottom? I wonder what it is, or if it's just coincidence. Let it be a sign of luck, please... 🥺
