Contractions?

Hi am 25 weeks pregnant and I have  lower back pain and cramps every hour apart I been drinking a lot of water and I lay down and they haven't stop should I go to E.R or it's it normal ?? I already call my doctor am just waiting for her call

They're an hour apart? I wouldn't worry about it. If you're having up to 8 an hour, I would go in!

They say they don't want you having any more than 4 in an hour at 25 weeks.

I was having cramps earlier this week and my doc said to drink 3 big glasses of water and get off your feet for a while. It helped a lot but I did get a cramp last night that didn't last very long. She told me to let her know if I noticed it happening in a cycle or like at the same time every day. They might tell you the same thing but it doesn't hurt to ask. She told me all about pre term labor and it freaked me out so I've been drinking water non stop and trying to rest as much as possible at home
