Period stopped after sex

I'm in the iud mirena and on October 1st I was spotting (period was supposed to come this day) since it wasn't that heavy I had sex I spotted for a few hours then the next day oct 2nd it totally stopped!

I also am aware that there's is no birth control that is 100% to prevent pregnancy. So I am aware that even with the iud there's that one percent I can get pregnant which I hope not. What do y'all think. Need opinions.
