Big baby?

Hi ladies,

When it came to my first born (girl), she was born 7lbs 9oz & all throughout the pregnancy I never had an issue or anything with hearing I was “measuring big” but now with my second I’ve been to two of my ultrasounds (I am 24 weeks today) & I’ve been told how “big” he is looking. They say 90th percentile. They are somewhat worrying me since I’m still not close to my due date. They want me to come back at 32 weeks to see if he’s still progressing at the rate he is now. On the other hand, my OB is saying, “don’t listen to that right now. You’re not gonna have a baby over 8lbs.” I’m just getting worried that my child is growing too fast & it’s gonna end up complicated towards the end. I guess just asking thoughts & suggestions.
