Asking mums with same experience

Anyone who didn't see fetus inside sac at around 6 weeks but still made it? HCG level tested last week was 20506. Dr said usually at 20k they will be able to see fetus but my ultrasound was done the day before I did blood draw. Today i had bleeding, no cramps and I requested for progesterone but Dr only took blood sample to test my levels and ask me to go for ultrasound later in the day.

Ultrasound still looks the same. Empty sac...
