Health Assistant Guessed Obs

So I went for scan at hospital 32 weeks, just a growth scan due to Low Papp-a <0.30 mom

After 10mins of turning the arm cuff round and round, re-strapping it and pumping the pump she gave up, she said she couldn't work the Blood Pressure machine so she just guessed the BP, she said oh ill just write 100/60 that's your normal right. So anyway she says I still have to check your beats per minute, so she's looking at the clock. She counted 124bpm and said nah that can't be right I'll just put 96 you probably took the stairs coming here did you, she cut me off when I went to say no actually I been sat in the waiting room 30 mins, then she did my urine analysis and said oh you scored 3+ on the protein but it might be contaminated so it's nothing.

Is this becoming standard just to guess readings because 4 weeks ago I had the same HA and she did the same again then too.
