Help?!? Is it normal ?!?

Ladies were your pee tests negative and had to find out through blood work that you were really pregnant ? Or got negative tests forever until you were further along like 6 weeks or so ?

My period is a week late . But I’ve been lightly spotting ever so slightly for TEN DAYS !!! Yes 10 days !! No cramps no pains no pms symptoms nothing !! It’s only when I wipe but it’s not every time I wipe.

I believe every test is negative and indents . My dr can’t get me in for a month ! Sooooo I’m just really worried bc it’s been 10 days
