Sinus infection pregnant?!!! What can I do

If I have a sinus infection while pregnant what can I do? Will it go away on its own?? I'm 28 and never have I had a sinus infection atleast I think. It's bothering me so bad!!!! Head/forehead pain throbbing.

I’m going through this right now. My doc has me taking Tylenol for the pain, saline rinse to moisturize and break up the mucus, and Sudafed (regular not PE).
