Early hcg, please tell me yours

13dpo it was 25.6

15 dpo it was 69.4

I know they doubled but they seem like low numbers. I was at 208 15dpo with my pregnancy that actually lasted. Therefore I’m concerned with low numbers as I’ve had two loses. Has anyone has low numbers like this and it worked out? TIA.
