Pregnant?

Hi ladies!!! Yesterday morning I took this test and it was positive. This morning, I took a test and it was negative. I was supposed to get my period october 11, so today would make me 6 days late and yesterday 5 days late. Has this ever happened to anyone and they had a successful pregnancy!? I am nervous as to why it was positive and then negative, and with it being a weekend I have to wait until Monday to call my OBGYN. 😭
