10 weeks Bleeding

I pray and hope everything is ok but after suffering a miscarriage last year I’m so scared. At the ER currently waiting to be seen. No cramping pink blood, just started gushing out of no where after leaving the grocery store. Anyone else experience this and everything was ok? Thank you 🙏🏻

Update: ultrasound showed baby and heart still beating but said miscarriage is still a possibility. Will be calling my OB tomorrow to schedule another ultrasound.

Another update: Bleeding has subsided and now I just have a tiny bit of spotting when wiping. Going for a follow up with my OB on Friday 🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
