Faulty OPK?

Hi ladies, 
I did a test this morning with 2nd morning urine as got a positive yesterday afternoon. However just read that morning urine is not good for opk and must use evening. Does that mean this is false positive? 
Does strong urine give false positives?

Morning is fine if you want. There’s just a chance you won’t catch your surge if only testing once a day.
