Placebo pains?
Does anyone else convince themselves they can feel mild cramps because they’re overthinking it during the TWW ?
It’s driving me crazy, they’re only massively mild and could be absolutely anything but I’m overthinking it so wondering if it’s my own mind playing the placebo effect on me or whether the pains are actually there
