Spotting/light and long “period”

8 days ago (8dpo) I started spotting brown which turned into pink/red/brown and would go back and forth and stop and start. Like a light flow or heavy spotting. My periods are always on time and always the same.. Heavy for 2 days then slowly fades out. It’s a total of 5 days. I thought this spotting ordeal was done last night as it turned brown for a while again but today it’s back to bright pink slightly red. 8 days is a lot especially for what’s normal for me. but I’ve taken many tests and all seem to be negative. I truly feel pregnant as my nipples continue hurting and my boobs haven’t shrank back down from what I thought was pms. Can anyone relate to this that was pregnant?
