late period

hi friends!! according to this app, that i’ve used to track my period for a few years, says my period is 4 days late. I have taken a few tests (first response early and rapid results in the mornings) and tests are negative. I am new to this and my period is never ever late. sometimes early, but never this late. is this normal? has anyone had a positive not until more than 4 days late?
