Missed period

Hey ladies! Have a question. Has anyone ever missed a period while on the pill? I’ve been on it for the last 4 months and have never missed a period. I take my pill every day at the same time most of the time! My period have been about 3 days or so since I’ve been on birth control and my last period was the 16th of September. Had sex on the 3rd of October (unprotected) and I’m 6 days late. Had a little spotting yesterday but not enough on a pad. Should I be worried? Should I test? I’m 5 months PP and freaking out! Anything helps. Please!!!
