Pregnant and worried *possible trigger*

Hello everyone,

Im currently pregnant with baby number four and I’m so worried that I may have a miscarriage. When I cough sometimes i feel pain in my uterus. Im not having cramping or bleeding but I am older than i was when i had my other three. Im 35 now and now in my 20s. I had my first prenatal appointment on Oct 5th and i saw baby on the ultrasound, i didn’t hear the heartbeat but she said heres baby’s heartbeat.

I guess I’m so worried because I’m older and Ive seen a lot of posts on here about miscarriages.
