Hemorrhoids

Is there any way to treat them at home? Like acutely get rid of it? It doesn’t bother me and it’s not always purging out. I haven’t told my ob yet I’m 34 weeks and I’m getting the strep b test done at the end of the month and don’t want it to be painful, I also know I’m probably not going to care neither are they but I feel like I’m going to be self conscious during delivery
