7/8dpo and having ewcm pink spotting

I am around 7/8 dpo and today i had some very very very light cramping and I had pink spotting that was stretchy like ewcm. Could this be implantation bleeding or period coming. I’ve been having hot flashes and nausea and I vomited when I woke up at 6dpo
