Week 37 & starting to loose it!

Second baby girl - in the last 24 hours Iv had more than usual loose stools & yesterday morning and this morning sickness has been more than usual also. I am having more lightening crotch and little nips here and there in my stomach. My lower back has a dull constant ache I can’t seem to shift. I haven’t lost my plug, but I have had a small amount of increase in discharge over the last 2 weeks or so. Last week I also suffered an unexpected and unusual break out along the jaw line of my face.

I’m just curious, am I getting ready to evict this baby? I have gestational diabetes and baby is on the 90% tile. And measuring ahead.
