Amniotic fluid?

37 weeks- I went pee yesterday & went to sit down and felt a small gush… idk that I would even call it a gush? My first thought was “is that my water?” So I went to the bathroom & nothing else came out & it was only enough to make my underwear wet… I’m thinking it was just some discharge. will I “know” when it’s my water? I haven’t felt anything else since..First time mom here
