Cramping help

I am 4w4d and since before i tested positive last week ive been cramping, im really sore and i feel pressure. I am not bleeding and remember having something like this with my last pregnancy but i worry because i got pregnant like 2 weeks after my nexplanon was removed does that make a difference? Anyone else have this?
