Car wash scratched my car

Okay, so I know that when you go to get your car washed, you run the risk of things happening. I want to call tomorrow because I'm noticing scratches all over my car that definitely weren't there before. My husband says they won't even do anything. Is there some kind of liability that car washes have? I didn't take pictures before to compare 😩
