Anyone NOT sleeping?

I'm at my end I don't know what else to do. Baby girl used to sleep pretty good until about 4 months old. Then we went back to up every 2 hours to eat. it's gotten worse not better and I've tried sleep training her the last month with no results. our other child cried max 20 min and gave up, we've done Ferber and also crib hour and she screams/yells beyond that. The last 3 days has been worse than a newborn everyone is so tired. She naps 15-20 min max and after 11pm-12am she screams the rest of the night no matter if I'm holding her or she's in bed. she's dry, fed, teething oil on, and safe so idk what to do for her
