NIPPLE PIERCINGS

My husband & I are trying for a baby & I have my nipples pierced. I'm not pregnant yet but I was curious as to if I should take them out or leave them in. Doctor says it's ultimately up to me because as long as I keep them clean, it shouldn't be harmful as long as I take them out to breastfeed & put them back in. Can I please get personal experiences & advice on this??
