Progesterone

Hello group!! I need some opinions!!

Yesterday I had an ultrasound the baby is measuring great 7 weeks and 5 days and strong heartbeat of 159. I’ve been on vaginal progesterone since like 4 weeks. The doctor called me this morning saying my progesterone dropped to 14 so I need to double the dose and now to take them orally. He wants me to take one in the morning and one at night.

Anyone experienced this and everything was fine ? I am so worried now. Yesterday I was sooo happy and positive but now I can’t help but worry.
