My baby only bites out of frustration she's 11months and only tries to bite if I say no or I put my hand in front of the object.

Basically she keeps trying to put her fingers is holes. Sockets, USB holes in my sofa, fireplace key hole. I've covered them up but I'm trying to teach her to not put her finger in random holes when I say no and put my hand over it she opens her mouth and comes at my hand. Anyone else have this issue? She's a very good baby but isn't listening to no.
